At Vigneto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Vigneto account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
